Return and Refund policy

[Returns Inside 7 Days]

If you are within the 7-day using fault/not working and have received authorization from customer support after a phone consultation or video appointment, you are eligible for the products value refund.

To qualify:
All hearing aids must be returned in original packaging.
All accessories (charging case, cable, brush, earbuds, tools, etc.) must be included.

If the hearing aid is determined to have a manufacturer defect, a full refund will be applied.
However, if the hearing aid is damaged due to physical damage, water exposure, wax buildup/poor maintenance, or unauthorized modifications, then no refund will be given.

The return must include your order number or it may be delayed up to 45 business days.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. This inspection process can take 3–5 business days. Funds are typically returned to the original form of payment shortly after, though exact timing may depend on the bank or credit card issuer.

If you want a full refund,you should be responsible for shipping your returns to the Earsmate China warehouse address at your own cost.
